Luinenburg, Coopman, Beckendorf, Larson and Looft Return to Victory Lane at Jackson Motorplex

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (July 2, 2016) – Familiar faces found their way back into the Winner’s Circle on Saturday at Jackson Motorplex.

Justin Luinenburg and Nate Coopman both remain undefeated at the recently renovated oval as each driver won their sixth consecutive feature to open the season. Additionally, Brandon Beckendorf and Dustin Larson both captured their third straight triumph at the half-mile oval with Matthew Looft picking up his second victory of the year.

Luinenburg powered from eighth to win the Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA Hobby Stocks feature. Corey Schreiber advanced from sixth to second place, Austin Jahnz from seventh to third, Ryan Michelson from 12th to fourth and Nathan Gegner from 13th to fifth.

Coopman outlasted Jay Devries for the Boji Bay Water Park IMCA Sport Compacts triumph. Kaytee Devries ended third with Ryan Westman fourth and Scott Espey fifth.

Beckendorf rallied from ninth to capture the Wilmont Oil IMCA A-Mods main event. Clayton Christensen finished in the runner-up position with Roger Nielsen third, Dwain Hanson fourth and Justin Anderson fifth.

Larson advanced from sixth to garner the IMCA Stock Cars win with Levi Feltman, Jim Larson, Gary Mattison and Luke Sathoff rounding out the top five, respectively.

Looft took advantage of a late-race restart to claim the Bohl’s Small Engine & Marine IMCA Sport Mods main event over Danny Myrvold. Dustin Wiederhoeft charged from 11th to third place with Dan Paplow maneuvering from 12th to fourth. Troy Krug ended fifth.

Racing will return to Jackson Motorplex next weekend with another doubleheader featuring double Last-Deck® 360 Sprint Cars main events as well as Liquid Nitro IMCA 305 Sprint Cars and Heartland Racing Association non-wing sprints on Friday and the regular Saturday IMCA program.
