Bentley recovers after midrace caution
Last Saturday, Bentley raced at Riverside International Speedway for the Melvin Holcomb Memorial. The 600 class had twenty-three cars registered to start. Bentley's draw put him in the second heat, starting fifth. He finished second place starting, him 3rd row inside for the feature.
Feature time, Bentley made his way to the third spot. A mid-race caution involving him and 2nd place coming to a stop on the track resulted in both drivers going to the rear of the field. Bentley charged his way back to the front, passing to 3rd on the final lap.
