MyRacePass offers online registration for yearly memberships, specific events, and non racing events (banquets). Our registration process allows unlimited registration events, and unlimited entries. Registration events can have a fee per class, or be completely free for your drivers.
Online registration allows you to gauge how many drivers, and who will be racing with your organization before the season starts. This can save tons of time opening night, as you could already have all the driver's information on file.
The first page of the registration process shows all registration events you have defined for your organization, along with some welcome text. The welcome text is a great place to put any consent or tax forms your drivers may need to sign. Here the driver selects an event they would like to register for.
The next form allows drivers to enter all necessary information and select 1 or more classes they'd like to register for.
The driver then has a chance to review what they've entered, and can go back and enter additional drivers at this time.
After the driver has made all their entries, and reviewed all information, they are brought to the payment screen. Here we allow payments via PayPal or online credit card processing (a fee may apply).
Once payment is complete, the user is shown a confirmation invoice. MyRacePass also logs the registration for you to process later.
Upon your confirmation of the entry, MyRacePass will send the registrant an email with their confirmed car number, and details about updating their driver bio.
