Mallett Eager to Make RPM Speedway Debut This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – GREENBRIER, Ark. (April 22, 2025) – Jordon Mallett is joining the ASCS National Tour this weekend during a doubleheader at RPM Speedway.

It will mark his first time competing at the dirt oval in Crandall, Texas.

“I really enjoy going to tracks for the first time,” Mallett said. “The challenge is fun and I always look at things from a different perspective because I have no expectations. You can study film a lot, but it’s different when you’re there. You’re at a fresh place and it’s up to you to figure it out.”

Mallett enters the weekend on the heels of a run from 13th to seventh during his season opener – an ASCS National Tour race two weeks ago at Salina Highbanks Speedway in Salina, Okla.

“I feel like we had a solid night at Salina, but we should have been a couple of spots better,” he said. “We were good enough to get into the top five, but the track wasn’t conducive to passing. However, we didn’t execute good in qualifying to put ourselves in a good spot early on and I feel that will be important this weekend.

“We want to get back to our normal position of qualifying well and putting ourselves in the right position for the heat race, which then sets you up for the second half of the night. Qualifying will be key as usual so hopefully we can adapt to a new track quickly.”
