Strong weekend down south

Michael had a good weekend in El Paso and Las Cruces this weekend running with the Arizona USAC 360s and NMMRA. On Friday the main event ended at 2:53am. Michael started the main in 18th and ended up 11th overall but picked up the win for NMMRA. On Saturday the track was mostly one groove on the bottom. Michael worked his way up to 4th place from a 15 place start and then a slip up in turn 4 pushed him back to the 7th position where he ended up. He also ended up 2nd overall for NMMRA. Michael is still the point leader in NMMRA with 3 races to go which will all be at Sandia Speedway in Albuquerque.
