Hayden Mabe started racing junior sprints in 2014 at 6 years old. During his first season, he raced in 21 races at Port City Raceway, as well as the 2015 Tulsa Shootout. For his second season, Hayden set a couple goals, his first goal was to finish the 2015 season in the top 10 at Port City Raceway and his second goal was to have perfect attendance. He raced in 33 races during the 2015 season. Hayden finished with perfect attendance and 7th in overall points, he also won his first A feature during the 2015 season at Port City Raceway.
For the 2016 season, Hayden set a new goal. He intended to finish in the top 5 in points at Port City Raceway, and he did. He raced in all 32 scheduled races at Port City Raceway. He also traveled to Oklahoma City and competed at that track for the first time.
For the 2017 season, Hayden competed in 27 races. He competed at Creek County Speedway in Kellyville, Ok, I44 Riverside Speedway in Oklahoma City, OK, Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex in Sweet Springs, Mo, and Southern Illinois Raceway in Marion, Il. Hayden competed in 17 races at Creek County Speedway and finished second in points.
For the 2018 season, Hayden competed in 34 races, had 9 A feature wins and 31 top 5 finishes. He competed at Creek County Speedway in Kellyville, Ok, a couple of times but the track dropped the micros after a few weeks. Hayden finished the season as the Port City Junior Sprint champion.
For the 2019 season, Hayden competed in 33 races. He had 2 top 5 finishes and 10 top 10 finishes. Hayden has competed at Port City Raceway and has also competed with the NOW600 series. This is Hayden's first season to compete in the Restrictor class at Port City, and it has been a big learning year for him.
2020 brought Hayden's second year in the Restrictor class, he competed in 27 races, had 13 top 10 finishes, 5 top 5 finishes, and won one A feature. 2020 brought 3 different cars for Hayden to race in order to compete in all 27 races. After his racecar and all equipment was stolen, a competitor loaned him a car and then he was able end the season in his own car.
2021 was Hayden's third and final season in the Restrictor class. He competed in 35 races, had 15 top 10 finishes, and 7 top 5 finishes. Hayden finished 6th in points at Port City Raceway.
2022 was Hayden's first season to compete in the A class and non-wing class at Port City Raceway. He competed in 38 races. For A class, he had 5 top 10 finished and 8 top 10 finishes in non-wing. He received the rookie of the year award in both classes and finished 4th in points in A class and 6th in points in non-wing.
