[b Henry Wiles Teams Back up with Don’s Kawasaki for 2012:]

Starting back in 2010, Don’s Kawasaki, owned by Don Kissinger, decided to create what is today, a champion team headed by Henry Wiles. Between the 2010-2011 seasons Henry brought home 8 wins and an AMA expert singles championship with the titled support from Don’s Kawasaki. Even after a sustained injury to Wiles at the beginning of the 2011 season, there are no doubts by the team that another championship is in sight for the 2012 upcoming season.

Henry Wiles states, “I am excited to be with Don’s Kawasaki again this year. We have had a winning combination together in the past and I expect this year to be no different. Not only does he strive to make my program the best it can be but I admire his dedication at the amateur level as well.”

Don himself grew up watching his father who started racing professionally in the 1950’s for Triumph and then attended his own first race in 1971 at York Fairgrounds in Pennsylvania. He took over his dad’s business in 1993 and decided to extend his knowledge of racing and all that it entails to riders at all levels of competition. It’s the drive at the amateur level that brings a kid to be a top contender like Henry Wiles at the expert level.

Don’s Kawasaki could have sponsored any one of the riders at the expert level but he chose Henry Wiles back in 2010 for a specific reason. “I liked the combination and dynamics portrayed between Henry and his mechanic Johnny. They were a two man race team winning nationals out of the back of a van without a lot of money and or help. They were just hungry to win. I wanted someone who was determined to be on top of the box every weekend to represent my team. Henry has a good head on his shoulders and is committed to his racing no matter what kind of bike he is on.”

Don’s goal this year is to put the bike on top of the box every weekend by providing Wiles with the best equipment possible that will be developed to suit him at each different style race track. More importantly, for Henry to stay healthy, uninjured and to go out and just have fun! In addition, Don’s Kawasaki will have available at each race, Dunlop CD 2, 5 and 8 tires along with Sunoco 112 gasoline. Let them know ahead of time if they need to bring some for the other teams on the circuit.

With the combination of Henry’s determination and talent as a rider and the support and confidence of the Don’s Kawasaki Race Team backing him up, there are no doubts that 2012 holds yet another singles championship for the team. The team is excited for what events are going to go down in the history books in the upcoming 2012 race season.
