Schrader Competes in the Clash at the Creek XVI; Fourth at Silver Bullet

Ken Schrader kicked off the 2024 edition of the Clash at the Creek XVI on Tuesday evening.

Seventy-eight IMCA Modifieds entered the $10,000-to-win program. Heat race action found Ken sliding backwards to a third-place finish, which relegated him to a B-Main.

Starting seventh on the grid for the B-Main, he advanced to a fifth-place finish, but with only the Top-4 finishers transferring to the feature his night came to an early end.

The team looked for greener pastures on Wednesday night, but unfortunately only found more challenges. Via preliminary action, Ken was unable to earn a transfer spot to the main event, which brought his doubleheader at 141 Speedway to an early end.

On Saturday evening, Schrader was back in the driver's seat with a trip to Silver Bullet Speedway (Owendale, Mich.) for an IMCA Modified program. A fourth-to-third heat race performance, positioned Ken eighth on the feature grid.

During the 20-lap finale, he claimed four spots to finish fourth behind Charlie Mihacsi, Matt Szecsodi, and Jaycob Truemner.
