BATESVILLE MOTOR SPEEDWAY SETS CHAMPIONS AWARDS PRESENTATION & DINNER

Batesville Motor Speedway has set the date for the 2024 Championship Awards Ceremony and Dinner for February 15, 2025. The event will be hosted by Colton's Steak House in Batesville, Arkansas.
Reception will start at 5:00 PM with Dinner at 6:00 PM. The Awards Ceremony will follow where Champions will be named in each of the six divisions.

ADAM MAPLE IS YOUR 2024 IMCA MODIFIED. Maples, driving his 37C MODIFIED, accumulated 585 points by competing in 23 feature events, winning 2 features, 8 Top Five and placed in the Top Ten 16 times. Ashton Wilkey was runner-up and Roger Witt finished in third place.

STEPHEN MORROW OF BATESVILLE WAS THE 2024 CHAMPION OF THE IMCA STOCK CAR DIVISION. Driving his #17 stock car, Morrow competed with forty cars in the IMCA STOCK CAR points division and competed in 18 features, 2 wins, 11 Top Five finishes and finished in the Top Ten 13 times. Joe Payne came in second and Dustin Stuart took third place.

IN THE HOBBY STOCK CLASS, ANTHONY CREASEY IN HIS #911 HOBBY CAR CLAIMED THE 2024 CHAMPIONSHIP. Creasey competed in 19 feature events with 3 wins, 12 Top Five finishes and 18 Top Ten. Hunter Everett and Joseph Jackson finished in second and third place, respectively.

YOUNG GUN DRIVER, RILEY MORROW IS THE NEW 2024 YOUNG GUN CHAMPION. Driving his #11 car, Riley, the son of the IMCA Stock Car Champion, Stephen Morrow, competed in 11 Feature events and captured 4 wins and managed to get 11 Top Five. Great job, Young Man!! Coming in second was Isaac Davis of Drasco and third place went to Harvey Wilkins of Beebe, Arkansas.

CONNOR WHEELER WAS NAMED THE 2024 CHAMPION OF THE MIDWEST MODIFIEDS. Wheeler, from Moorefield, Arkansas, competed in 18 feature events with 2 wins, 12 Top Five finishes and placed in the Top 10 in each race. Keaton Wheeler finished in the runner-up position after battling throughout the season with his younger brother, Connor. Coming in third was Adam Poe of Beebe, Arkansas.

CONNOR KUYKENDALL of Little Rock, Arkansas claimed the 2024 ARKANSAS FACTORY STOCK CHAMPIONSHIP. Young Kuykendall put on an impressive show this season with 9 wins out of 22 features, 14 Top Five and 18 Top Ten. Jesse Brooks of Batesville came in second and Mountain View driver, Trevor Ford finished in the third position only 9 points behind Brooks.

Tickets are $30 for the event. Tickets can be purchased by calling 870-613-1337 or tickets will be available at Shaw Race Cars in Southside after January 10. Champions and one guest will receive complimentary tickets.
