With the 2nd Midwest Legends Dirt Series season right around the corner, we want to spotlight the tracks we will be visiting throughout the season. Some tracks will be familiar to fans of the MLDS while some tracks will be completely new. Let’s jump in and learn about some fantastic facilities!!
The MLDS returns to Beaver Dam Raceway once again in 2025 for multiple nights of racing. The track that has hosted legends for years is set to do it yet again, with five nights of racing on the calendar for the MLDS.
A track that many have made their name at, the track located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is not one to underestimate. The sweeping turns, which hold some of the biggest banking during the season, will make you pay if a mistake is made. The track has been running strong since 2000, but unfortunately announced they’d be shutting the doors after the 2025 season. Having hosted big events with both World of Outlaw divisions making appearances as well as POWRi and USAC Midgets. The track, in past years, has hosted the IRA Sprints as well as Badger Midgets and Dirt King Late Models. Weekly classes such as Sport Mods, Mods, Stock Cars, all IMCA sanctioned classes, have kept race fans entertained for years. The track has hosted legends since 2000, as well as the 2013 INEX Nationals.
Jackson Lewis picked up the track championship in 2024, but is not expected to return to the series full-time in 2025. Lewis may make an appearance or two this season and one weekend in particular he may have on his list, with more to come on that in a different part. Watch out for Jordan Miklas, the 2021 track champion. Talyn Neuman showed pace at the Dam near the end of the season, could the #14T make an appearance in victory lane in 2025?
Three weekends hold down five dates on the MLDS schedule in 2025. The first appearance will be on June 7th alongside the World of Outlaw Sprint Cars. July 25th and 26th host the 10K Dirt Showdown, the biggest event in legends racing in 2025. The final set of dates, The Grand Finale, will take place on September 19th and 20th. That will be the final go for Beaver Dam Raceway ever, and the Midwest Legends Dirt Series couldn’t be more honored to be a part of the final nights and history.
