Cecil County Race # 2 & 3 Info

Gates open at 5pm on Friday, most likely BOTH Gates will be open, no sooner! Please if you get to the track early find the local Wal-Mart, Flying J, Rest stop to hang out till 4:30 or so, I say this because recently Cecil has had some neighbors move in and when we start blocking the road due to the small stacking area they have, they like to call the cops which can trickle down to a fine for the track and a phone call to me from Jim & Chad, so please, please, please don't sit outside at noon or 1pm waiting for the track to open, if the track opens early we will alert you via Whatsapp or on Facebook to shoot on over.

T&T starts from 6pm till 10pm and is $30 - Gates will close at 10pm sharp. If there is weather on Friday Night (fingers crossed) and the track is closed the gates will not be open so finding a local Wal-Mart or Flying J is the next alternative. There is a Spectator fee for all three days which is $15 per day rather you are coming in to Test on Friday or just hang out and Park for the night, it's just like a few buddies of you jumped in a car to go watch some Friday Night racing, rather you watch or go to drink a few beers and have dinner with friends you get charged.

Saturday - Gates open at 7:45-8am - You can use BOTH Gates to get in to help with congestion on the road, please try to stay as far right on Theodore Rd to not block traffic if the gate gets backed up. We plan on going Hot at 9am with Juniors (See rotation). Juniors we are going to try something different and try to get a second chance race in before R2 for R1 losers only, with the amount of Juniors we had at MD and I'm expecting more since some of the regulars weren't there, 2 time runs is a little stretch as we are expecting a large crowd in all classes due to everyone getting ready for Maple Grove. The rest of the classes, we have you down for 2 TT (except Gamblers) this is a TENTATIVE SCHEDULE and we will based the 2nd TT on the amount of cars that show up but we also need everyone's teamwork on making this happen, meaning when we call you to the lanes, we need you because except for track prep, the plan is to keep the lanes full and cars going down the track all day long!

The racers dinner starts at 6:30pm - Meatballs and Sausage for the night
A couple of quick notes: EVERYONE IS WELCOME!! The MD BBQ was a HUGE one, so as always Sides are always welcomed, desserts are also but we throw a lot of it away unfortunately so sides, sides and more sides - if you want to bring a dessert, you're more than welcomed. This is a BYOB so bring your own beer / drinks to the party! Also Chairs to sit…Help out, if possible, to clean up once the BBQ is being set up or torn down, we are all a team here, so if I'm busy doing winner circle pics and such ask how you can help out!

Breakfast on Sunday Morning from 7:30am till 8:15, RFC Chapel Service with Kevin will most likely be 8am till 8:30 so grab breakfast and go sit in for the word of the day!
Sunday - Gates open at 7:45 - 8am - This is a 1 Qualifier and go day, to get you guys on the road and home at a decent hour. We plan on going Hot at 9am with Juniors.
