Owen Larson and Cullen Hutchison Gain Macon Speedway Wins in KKM Challenge Preliminary Night Support Divisions

Macon, IL. (5/9/25) Running in support division competitions of Preliminary Night in the first yearly KKM Challenge at Macon Speedway would find Cullen Hutchison earn the feature victory in the Non-Wing Restrictor division, as Owen Larson would find victory lane driving in the Jr Sprint division.

Forming a relentless field of twenty-eight entries spanning the Non-Wing Restrictor division, Braxton Flatt would outpace others by setting the hot-lap quick time with a lap of 11.899-seconds with Gage Pio situating the early standard of speed over the Jr Sprinters with a lap time of 12.829-seconds in the early at Macon Speedway competitions for Preliminary Night in support of the first yearly KKM Challenge.

Contending into heat racing action at Macon Speedway for the Non-Wing Restrictor would find Mavrick Page, Heath Walton, Cullen Hutchison, and Deeken McRoberts each earning the victories, with Norman Girard taking the semi-feature win. Paxton Belchik and Levi Ballard would gain the early on-track wins in the Jr Sprint division. KKM Challenge Preliminary Night High Point Qualifiers earning the feature pole starting positions would be Cullen Hutchison in the Non-Wing Restrictor and Levi Ballard in Jr Sprints.

Cruising onto the smooth and speedy Macon Speedway surface for the Non-Wing Restrictor feature would find Cullen Hutchison protecting the front of the field while leading all twenty of the green flag feature laps to score the victory. Deeken McRoberts would cross the checker's second with Garyn Howard placing third from starting seventh, as Cash Lacombe finished fourth from ninth ahead of Braxton Flatt, rounding out the top-five finishers in support of the Preliminary Night for the KKM Challenge feature event.

Contending in feature oppositions for the Jr Sprints would find a thrilling drive as Owen Larson would claim the victory from starting third position with pole-sitter Levi Ballard holding steady in a close runner-up position. Paxton Belchik would place third with Gage Pio finishing fourth as Bryton Buoy rounded out the POWRi Jr Sprint top-five finishers for the Preliminary Night support competition of the KKM Challenge at Macon Speedway.
