Update from the Legend's Shop: 12/10/18
Thanks to all that attended our 2018 Awards Banquet Saturday evening. The attendance set a new mark for our future Banquets as it was very well supported. All of our drivers and teams were very much deserving of their awards and we are proud of all that was accomplished this year throughout the Bandolero and Legends 2018 racing program.
We have a lot going for our series as we move into 2019 and beyond. Our January 5th driving school is full and we are proud that 11 Rookie Bandolero drivers are signed up. That is a good indication that we have a lot to look forward to as the next few years pass. All but three of those Rookies will be taking the ¼ mile track for the 1st time with no racing experience. Our Legends side of the school has 6 Young Lion drivers mixed in with a few Semi Pro and Master drivers.
We look forward to taking to the Thunder Ring on the first weekend of the New Year for the Driving School and also to our first racing weekend January 12th which will be a double header day on the AMS Road Course. Shirley and I will work this week on filling our request for a Garage reserve for 2019. Call us if you want your same garage which will be held til January 2nd at which time they will be first come first served. We will only reserve 80 in total this year and the remaining 8 will be available as you arrive at the track each event. The price to reserve a garage for events will be $125 for Thursday Thunder races and practices and a total of $150 for the entire year which includes all events and all practices beginning in January and going thru December.
