Cottage Grove Speedway
2 EVENTS COLLIDE AGAIN THIS WEEKEND FOR ANOTHER HUGE 2 NIGHTS OF RACING AT COTTAGE GROVE SPEEDWAY!!
Cottage Grove Speedway is coming in hot with another 2 day show full of big names and fast cars, this time the Modifieds take their turn racing for some big money at the Mark Howard Memorial Modified Nationals!! Friday night & Saturday night the best of the best Modifieds will be in action ripping up the 1/4 mile! Royalty Core Sportmods will also be racing this weekend and Hardtops join in on Saturday night for their only appearance at Cottage Grove this season!
But wait that isn't the only cool thing happening this weekend, it's also the Curt Deatherage Memorial Historical Night! Curt and Mark were great friends so it seemed perfect to join these shows together this year and have some fun!
Curt along with his brother Denny shared the duties of track historians for years and after losing Curt, Denny couldn't let this amazing tradition pass on so he has carried on, not only honoring our track, but also Curt, and we could not be more thankful!
So be sure to come on down to CGS this weekend and check out the cool old cars, all of the amazing memorabilia from the last 66 years, and most importantly help us congratulate the newest inductees into the 2022 class of the Cottage Grove Speedway's Wall of Fame!
