Speedweek Finale & Pro 4 Trucks
This Saturday night the 3/8 banked clay oval will be the final night of the IMCA Wild West Speedweek. Starting on June 17th in Southern Oregon Speedway, June 18th at Cottage Grove Speedway, the first two nights were won by mother nature. June 19th and 20th saw the Speedweek begin at Coos Bay Speedway. Making the trek back on June 21st to Cottage Grove for racing action. June 23rd will see the dirt slinging, side by side dirt modifieds at Willamette Speedway, June 24th will be Sunset Speedway, and the finale ending at Grays Harbor Raceway with the IMCA Modified Clash. Saturday's IMCA Modified feature event will see something new at Grays Harbor Raceway. The normal, side by side start is seen a lot on the initial start, well a Wild West Speedweek tradition is to start the feature event 3 wide. Which will be exciting to the fans. Following the 8 races in 9 days will be the IMCA SportMods, as they will be making their first appearance to Elma.
Making their first appearance for the 2022 season will be the Northwest Pro 4 Trucks series, and also on hand will be the Hornets. Gates will open at 4PM, with racing at 6PM. For more information on this Saturday go to www.graysharborraceway.com
