GRANDSTAND SEATING

All grandstand seating is general admission. The lower level of our grandstand is wheelchair accessible. No alcohol or glass containers are allowed into the grounds. No lawnchairs are permitted, however stadium seats can be used in the grandstand.
We have ample free parking for fans. Behind our main grandstand is a large play area for the kids, with balls and toys to play with.
We have a concession stand on site, as well as a souvenir booth. There is also a "beer garden" area for those that would enjoy an alcoholic beverage while watching the race.
At the end of the race night, all grandstands fans are invited to come into the pits to meet their favourite drivers and teams.

We try to avoid holding races when the weather forecast shows a good chance of rain, but once in a while the rain comes unexpectedly during our race program. Here is how we handle it:
-If the rain arrives before intermission (ie. the show isn't half over), and it is such that we won't be able to dry the track in a reasonable amount of time, we will cancel the remaining races and offer fans that are attending free admittance at the next event. Fans will be instructed on how to claim free admittance by the track announcer when the announcement of cancellation is made.
-if the rain arrives after intermission and we can't get the track dried in a reasonable time, the event is deemed to be a full event and no refunds are made.

In both cases, we try to hold the missing feature races on the next race night, ie. double features for the classes that were missed.
