Guest Choir to Sing National Anthem at Saturday's NASCAR Race
We have a special treat at the upcoming NASCAR race! The Sr. High Choir of First Baptist Church from Newnan, Georgia will be singing the National Anthem this Saturday. The Choir is made up of 9th-12 graders that travel each summer for one week singing across the country at various community events like minor league baseball games and race tracks. They also sing at local churches and organizations. Every four years they travel internationally and have traveled to Europe, Japan and South Africa.
While in Alaska they will be presenting concerts all over the Anchorage area. Alaska Raceway Park is excited to have this wonderful group of kids perform at our track.
