Macy started racing at the age of 17 in her own car, but raced a few times before that. She raced for 5 years in Fairbury Speedway's Hobby Mod division, before moving up to regular modifieds. She raced part time for 2 years before going full-time alongside her dad, Eric, for the first time in 2023. Macy also races dirtbikes, starting full time in 2023. She races the women's division on a 250cc machine at Joliet MX.
