Bryan Hulbert - DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (July 30, 2022) Completing five of the seven scheduled nights, plus a sixth rain shortened event that awarded show up points, Tim Crawley captured the title of Champion during the 2022 edition of the ASCS Sizzlin' Summer Speedweek.

The third time that Crawley has topped the multi-race test of driver and machine (2004, 2009, 2022), "The Crawdaddy" captured a pair of wins at Batesville Motor Speedway and the rescheduled event at Tulsa Speedway, along with four poduims, five top-five, and just as many top-ten finishes. His worst finish in five events was fourth at I-30 Speedway.

Wayne Johnson ended up second, and collected a win at I-30 Speedway despite continuing issues with his back. Matt Covington captured Thursday night's win at 81-Speedway, with a borrowed engine, and finished third in Speedweek standings. Dale Howard and Blake Hahn completed the top five.

Running the second part of the Speedweek, Dylan Westbrook was the other winner on the week at Caney Valley Speedway on Wednesday.

In total, 56 drivers took part in the 2022 Speedweek. Complete standings and results from each event are posted at https://www.ascsracing.com/points/?c=1002&i=21762&t=Drivers.
