FINDLAY, Ohio – Bad luck weekends haven’t come often for Cap Henry in 2015. In fact, they’ve been almost nonexistent, until this weekend. Carrying a fourth-place position in points into Friday night at Attica Raceway Park, the engine in the Genzman Racing Enterprises No. 53 expired in hot laps, sidelining Henry for the night, and a one-race deal with Stan Cortad to drive his No. 9x at Millstream Speedway on Sunday resulted.

The Findlay, Ohio half-mile was hosting its first event in five years, with the All Star Circuit of Champions in town to compete. Henry started off his appearance in the temporary ride with a 14.303-second lap, 19th-fastest among 30 All Star sprints in attendance. Henry encountered another bout of bad luck in his heat race, charging from ninth to fourth only to break the drag link, taking away his ability to steer the car. Scored in the ninth position, Henry was sent to the B-main to start third. Up into second in the middle portion of the 12-lap race, he fell back to third ahead of the checkered, but nonetheless was onto the main event.

Starting from the inside of row 11 for the 30-lapper, Henry ran much of the opening laps in 20th, before making a pass for 19th and then a red flag one lap later complete moved him to 16th. Several laps clicked off following the restart, and Henry made one more move for position, but soon called it a night after 19 laps, and was credited with the 20th position.

Henry would like to thank Level Performance, J&J Auto Racing, OC Shocks, FK Rod Ends, Simpson Race Products, Keizer Wheels, Wings Unlimited, HMS Speedways & Hobbies, Handy Grafix, and Kear's Speed Shop as well as his family, the Genzman team, and all of his great fans for their continued support. Henry would also like to thank Stan Cortad for the opportunity to drive the No. 9x following the extenuating circumstances with the Genzman Racing Enterprises car.

Henry is next scheduled to compete at on July 10 at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, and on July 11 at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, both in the Genzman Racing Enterprises No. 53 410ci winged sprint entry.
