Martin 10th in Bad Boy 98 finale at Batesville with Comp Cams Super Dirt Series

Rolling into the event with the points lead, Logan Martin was one of 41 Comp Cams Super Late Models at Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Ark.) on Friday for the first night of the Bad Boy 98.

Finishing third in his heat race, Martin started the quick 30-lap feature from ninth and was running inside the Top-10 before making contact with another competitor that sent him spinning into the inside wall. Logan was scored 20th with a DNF.

Looking for better luck in Saturday's $12,000-to-win main event, Martin once again finished third in his heat race before making up two spots in the lengthy 68-lap feature to finish 10th.

Martin is currently second in the CCSDS point standings.
