Diercks competes with LOLMDS at Farley for Truck Country 50

On Monday evening at 300 Raceway (Farley, Iowa) in his Super Late Model for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Truck Country 50, Spencer Diercks edged his way into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with the sixth and final transfer spot in his heat. Rolling off 17th, Diercks clawed forward one spot in the caution-plagued 50-lap affair to register a 16th place finish.

After Mother Natured wiped out Wednesday night’s DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour event at La Salle Speedway (LaSalle, Ill.), Diercks made the short trip to Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa) on Friday night powering his Rockstar Energy Drink No. 29 Modified. Passing five cars in his heat to pick up the 8-lap victory, Spencer locked into the seventh-starting position for the A-Main via the invert. Falling one spot shy of a Top-10 finish, Diercks dropped four positions to place 11th.
