Top-10 finish in Frostbuster at Marshalltown
Friday night found Spencer Diercks in action at Marshalltown Speedway (Marshalltown, Iowa) aboard the Ryan Duhme-owned No. 21 Modified for the track’s season opener.
Drawing 35 IMCA Modifieds for the FrostBuster 505 Spectacular, Diercks held off Ethan Braaksma in his heat race to capture the victory. Rallying late in the feature after losing ground near the middle stages of the 30-lapper, Spencer recorded a ninth-place finish.
