Andrew Kosiski notches runner-up finish at Lakeside

Andrew Kosiski and Team 53 kicked off a tripleheader weekend with the Malvern Bank Series on Friday night at Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kan.) for the $3,000 prize. With a fifth-place finish in his heat race positioning him on the pole for the opening night feature, Andrew dropped one spot in the 30-lapper to register a runner-up finish. (Todd Boyd photo)

After Saturday’s event at Adams County Speedway (Corning, Iowa) rained out, Kosiski headed to Stuart International Speedway (Stuart, Iowa) on Sunday for another $3,000-to-win A-Main. Following an eight-lap heat race win, Kosiski was an early retiree from the 35-lap feature on the 20th circuit.
