Will Roland secures 2024 Crate Racin' USA Winter Shootout championship at Southern

With Mother Nature washing out the event last weekend, Will Roland returned to Southern Raceway (Milton, Fla.) the next Friday afternoon for the $10,000-to-win Battle at the Beach with the Crate Racin' USA Winter Series.

Holding a slim points lead heading into the final event, Roland positioned himself well for Saturday's feature after topping his qualifying group and leading flag-to-flag in his heat race.

Rolling off third in the 50-lap main event, Will weathered a lengthy feature and finished just outside the Top-5 in sixth. Roland recorded his fourth Top-10 finish with the tour and secured the $4,000 championship payout.
