Lichtfeld Claims Kalahari Resorts 50

Wisconsin Dells WI 9/11/21-Mike Lichtfeld of Portage WI claimed his seventh A-Main Feature win of the season Saturday night at Dells Raceway Park by winning the Kalahari Resorts 50, Hunter Stenson of Wisconsin Dells finished a close second for his first top five of the season, Rockford's Michael Bilderback finished in third and Jesse Bernhagen of Markesan fourth followed by Scott Luck of North Freedom in fifth. Earlier in the night Stenson won the Clark Powersports Fast Dash, Gandrud Performance heat race winners were Colton Morgan (Mazomanie WI) Mike Ehde (Prairie du Chen WI) & Nick Nolden of Sun Prairie won the 3rd heat and the B-Main. Mondovi driver Morgan Schissel set quick time. Lichtfeld who has had a magnificent season came up 15 points short in the championship chase as Jesse Bernhagen was crowned 2021 Late Model Champion.
