Knowles deals with more bad luck in Early Bird 50 at Needmore
On Friday evening, Jake Knowles kicked off the 12th-annual Early Bird 50 weekend at Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) with Crate Racin' USA.
With qualifying and heat races slated for Friday, Knowles missed the setup and finished ninth in his heat.
For Saturday's $10,000-to-win feature, Jake was an involved in a mid-race accident that ended his night early.
