Freeman attends Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series opener at Talladega Short Track

After losing Friday's $5,000-to-win opener, Payton Freeman joined the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series on Saturday afternoon at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) for the $15,000-to-win Bama Bash.

With 46 Late Models in the pit area, Freeman was battling for position in his heat race when mechanical issues arose which ended his night early.
