Roland attends NASCAR weekend at Talladega Short Track with HTF
With the NASCAR festivities happening across the street, Will Roland made the trip to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) to compete with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series in the Red Farmer Tribute weekend.
After topping the 42 car field in hot laps, Roland secured his position in the A-Main after running third in his heat race. In the quick 38-lap feature, Will was running in the eighth-position when a flat tire derailed his Top-10 outing. He was scored 22nd.
Looking for a better outing on Saturday evening, Roland once again finished third in his heat race which placed him on the fifth row of the 40-lap main event. In the $9,700-to-win showdown, Will was an early retiree and finished 25th.
