TUSCUMBIA, Ala. (April 2, 2024) Kicking off their third season of competition and second with the American Sprint Car Series, the ASCS Hurricane Area Super Sprints will hit the track on Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6, at North Alabama Speedway.

The tour’s debut at the three-eighths-mile oval, the two-night affair pays $2,000 to win, $300 to start each night.

Gulfport’s Brandon Blenden enters the 2024 season on title defense, having snagged the 2023 championship by a margin of 50 over Rusty Sanford. Going winless, Blenden used consistency with five top fives and seven top tens to see his way to the top.

Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6, open at 5:00 P.M. with cars on track at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Grandstands each night are $20 for adults and free for kids ten and under. Pits are $40 per day for adults, $20 for youth (6-11), and free for kids five and under.

North Alabama Speedway is located at 12200 AL-247, just outside Tuscumbia, Ala. For information on the track, call (256) 381-0881 or follow their social media at https://shorturl.at/bdYZ9.
