Cottage Grove Speedway Ready For Race #2 Of Kage Kart Season; Live Spreaker Broadcast

Cottage Grove, Oregon- It's been quite some time since the Cottage Grove Speedway Kage Karts were in action, but that will change on Friday June 12th as they will be racing for the second time in 2015.. The one and only race to have been completed so far was back on May 8th. Live lap by lap coverage will be on Spreaker radio and will begin around 6:30 PM. Waylon House was the winner in the Pee Wee ranks while Mitchell George took home the victory in the 5HP Intermediates. Justin Lemon was victorious in an exciting 125cc main event and Les Doolittle stunned the field in 250cc competition. Matt McDowell backed up his Open Kage championship with a great performance to start the CGS season off with a win.
General admission to the Kart race will be FREE of charge. Pit Passes are $10.00 and Car and Driver fees will be $30.00. The Pit Gate will open up around 3:00 PM and the Pit Meeting is at 6:00 PM with Hot Laps and Racing to follow. For more information be sure and log on to www.cottagegrovespeedway.com.
