Banks, Oregon- West Linn drive Brian Roden has been on a rampage in the Street Stock division. In nine starts he has finished in the top five nine times and has visited the winner's circle on five occasions including the last two.

“I think the year has gone quite well,” said Roden, “there has been no major mechanical issues, and by this time of the year I would have blown a motor, so that's always a good thing. There has been just a few little body issues and that's been it.”

Roden's worst finish was a fifth on June 6th either than that it has been third or better. Not too bad of an average for the JNR Construction/Molecular Motions/Jim Estes Garage/Marsh Transmissions #14 Camaro. He is on the fast track to winning the championship in the Street Stocks at the “Banks Bullring”. His plan for this weekend?

“I just want to go out there and hope that everything holds together,” he would say, “I want to run the first fifty laps at a good pace but really want to step my game up in the last half.”
