ASCS Gulf South Getting One Last Shot At 2018 Season Finale
Bryan Hulbert- BEAUMONT, Texas (October 5, 2018) It appeared it was all over as Mother Nature swept in and took away the final race of the season with the Griffith Truck and Equipment ASCS Gulf South Region, but that has changed.
Striking a deal with Golden Triangle Raceway Park, drivers will have one last shot at a season ending race on Saturday, October 13, 2018.
Presented by Old School Racing, the event will also pay tribute to Bryan Clauson, Greg Hodnett, and Jason Johnson.
The A-Feature will be 41 Laps, with a prize of $2,700, with each position after paying an amount ending in 17. (2nd $1,700.
3rd $717. 4th $617. 5th $517. 6th $417. 7th thru 20th $317.)
Saturday, October 13 at Golden Triangle Raceway Park opens at 5:00 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Along with the Griffith Truck and Equipment ASCS Gulf South Region, the lineup of classes will also include R&L Truck Repair Limited Modifieds, and MK Construction Rookie Limited Modifieds
Admission is $15 for adults with kids 6-11 admitted for $5 into the grandstands. Kids five and under are free. Golden Triangle Raceway Park is located at 16583 Hwy. 90, Beaumont, TX.
