Daugherty and Timms Drive to NOW600 Lucas Oil National Victory at Creek County Speedway

SAPULPA, Okla. (June 2, 2019) - Mason Daugherty and Ryan Timms drove to MyRacePass Victory Lane on Sunday night at Creek County Speedway with the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies.

17 Winged A-Class and 7 Restricted 'A' Class drivers checked in for competition.

Ryan Timms took the feature event win in the Winged A-Class division. Shawn Mahaffey crossed in second spot from the fifth starting spot. Shawn Wicker took the third spot with Brandon Anderson in fourth and Gage Laney the top five.

Mason Daugherty was sixth with Ryder Laplante seventh. Holden Jennings came across eighth from fourteenth. Tyler LaPointe ninth and Brant Woods tenth.

Wicker and Mahaffey claimed the nights two heat race wins.

Mason Daugherty picked up his first career NOW600 Lucas Oil National Micro victory in the Restricted 'A' Class. Mason rolled from the pole and lead wire to wire. Ryder Laplante finished in the runner up spot with Brant Woods coming across in third. Ryan Timms was fourth and Rees Moran the top five.

Ryder Laplante picked up the lone heat victory.

The NOW600 Lucas Oil National Micros return to action for Sooner 600 Week on Wednesday, June 12 through Sunday, June 16.
