Troy Morris III Sweeps NOW600 Desert Region Weekend at Cortez

CORTEZ, Colo. (May 16, 2020) - Troy Morris III swept the weekend with the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Desert Region at Fairgrounds Speedway in Cortez, Colorado on Friday and Saturday night.

15 entries both nights racing Non-Wing on Friday and Winged on Saturday.

On Friday night Morris started in the third spot to capture the win. Caleb Stelzig finished in second with Bradley Huish in third. Daniel DeWitt from 12th to fourth and Alex Karpowicz the top five.

Saturday night, Morris topped the field from the pole position. Mason Keefer followed suit in second with Bradley Huish making up the podium. Fourth went to Caleb Stelzig with Alex Karpowicz rounding out the top five.

Next up for the NOW600 Desert Region will be Uranium Capitol Speedway on June 12-13.
