Bikes & Bugs Weekend Up Next August 13th-15th
Headed our way this weekend is the 6th annual Bikes & Bugs show and shine racing event here at the Coos Bay Speedway. Head on over to the coast for some great weather as well as a cool swap meet, raffle giveaways, and some cool cars on display. Pair that with the hot racing action on the drag strip from the ET Summit Series and we are in for a fun weekend on the strip at Coos bay Speedway.
Come and enjoy a cold beer from the 7 Devils brewhouse beer garden and get a great Gyro, or pilly cheesesteak sandwich or a Finger Steak Basket from the new On The Strip Food Truck.

FRIDAY NIGHT--- 7pm - 11pm
NO Prep street racing/test and tune/grudge racing/callouts
$20 tech card
$5 general admission
(OPTIONAL FOR THOSE ARRIVING ON FRIDAY )

SWAP MEET
Swap set up will be available Friday night and/ or first thing Saturday morning. Swap spots must be ready and set up no later the 10 am, please
10x10 = $20
10x20 = $30
SHOW & SHINE SATURDAY ONLY
but all are welcome to hang around for Sunday's racing.

We are asking that all our Veterans and our active duty personal meet at the drag race staging area at 1145 prior to the opening ceremonies
STARTING Saturday at approx. 3 pm
Test and Tune/ Grudge racing / Qualifying for Sunday's Bracket / Heads up Racing (must qualify Saturday to participate in Sunday's eliminations)
ALL VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES MUST PASS TECH INSPECTION PRIOR TO RACING
-TECH OPENS AT 0830 and will continue
Racers will get a minimum of 2-3 test and tune passes and 2-3 qualifying passes, to qualify on Saturday for Sunday's eliminations. if you need additional T&T you may do that on Friday night for a $20 tech card
$100 buy-in includes tech card for BOTH days
Payouts will be based on the number of entrees and possible sponsor contributions

Gates open at 8 am
General admission $12 for adults /children under 12 Free general admission
SUNDAY--- racing will start approx. 10 am
Bracket and Heads up Eliminations:
Brackets will be determined based on Saturday's Qualifying.
All Heads up class lanes assignments will be determined by chip pull.
Bracket semi-final and finals will be determined by chip pull
FREE overnight dry camping available
with the purchase of daily event general admission or tech card. please keep your campsites clean.
