August 14th Race Results & Recap
An awesome night of racing at the Jamestown Speedway on Saturday, August 14th sponsored by 103.1 The Raven and special thanks to our sponsor for providing prizes for our race fans. The track was in a great shape as it had multiple grooves with a lot of side by side battles and a bunch of movement throughout each of the classes. Great job to the track prep crew for their hard work in providing an awesome surface for the drivers. Overall, it was a great way to kick off the month of August with racing and in total, we had 110 cars in the pits to do battle on Saturday Night.

Bombers/Pure Stocks - 18 Cars:
- Winner: Erik Busche (1st Win in Jamestown!), Runner-Up: Hayden Aberle
- Hard Charger: Chris Welk Jr. +13 (17th to 4th)
INEX Legends - 20 Cars:
- Winner: Drew Papke, Runner-Up: Ryan Braseth
- Hard Charger: Zander Compson +8 (20th to 12th)
Wissota Midwest Modifieds - 26 Cars:
- Winner: Brennon Weight, Runner-Up: Jaren Wibstad
- Hard Charger: Zach Reinke +13 (26th to 13th)
Wissota Street Stocks - 21 Cars:
- Winner: Kyle Anderson, Runner-Up: Jonny Carter
- Hard Charger: Bob Banish Jr. +13 (20th to 7th)
IMCA Modifieds - 15 Cars:
- Winner: John Corell, Runner-Up: Jarrett Carter
- Hard Charger: Todd Duchscherer +6 (14th to 8th)
Jr./Sr. Slingshots - 10 Cars:
- Winner: Tripp Nelson, Runner-Up: Gavin Edinger
- Hard Charger: Tripp Nelson +8 (9th to 1st)
Once again, thank you to all of the drivers, fans, sponsors, and track personnel that came out to the show on Saturday night. We really appreciate everyone's support at the Jamestown Speedway and we have to thank everyone for coming out. We hope all of the drivers had a great time and hope to see everyone back throughout the season.
Please join us next week for some more high-flying, action-packed racing on Jamestown's 1/4 mile high-bank oval. Next week Saturday, August 21st is Ladies Night, Back to School Night, and 3rd Annual Carpenter Wissota Midwest Modified Special ($1.037 to Win)! It will be an awesome event to honor a great man that the racing community lost two soon and we will have a bunch prizes and giveaways for our lady and junior fans. All regular classes will be back in action. The gates open at 5:30 pm and racing action begins at 7:00 pm. Hope to see everyone next week Saturday for some horsepower at the Jamestown Speedway!
