ASCS Sooner Region Lays Out 25 Race Lineup For 2024 Season

Bryan Hulbert – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (December 4, 2023) Readying for season No. 24 for the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products, the 2024 lineup is slated to have 25 nights of racing.

Spending 18 nights inside Sooner lines, the tour will venture into Kansas, Missouri, and Texas for National and Regional tour showdowns.

Kicking off the tour on March 22 and 23, Muskogee’s Thunder Speedway and Sapulpa’s Creek County Speedway will see their first visits of the season. The first trip outside state lines, the Sooner Region will take on the American Sprint Car Series presented by RacinDirt.com at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track on April 5 and 6.

Back at Creek County on April 19, the next out of state showdown heads to Missouri for the ASCS Warrior Region presented by Impact Signs, Awnings, and Wraps at Lake Ozark Speedway on May 3, and Lucas Oil Speedway on May 4.

Tulsa Speedway on the Salina Highbanks Speedway follows on May 10 and 11, with Creek County Speedway’s third visit on May 17, followed by the tour’s first trip of the year to Longdale Speedway on May 18.

Nevada Speedway with the Warrior Region once again on June 8, Round 4 at Creek County hits on June 13, followed by Arrowhead Speedway on June 15, then Lawton Speedway on June 15. The three-night run follows the National Tour. Elk City Motorsports Park take a date on June 22.

Back on Thunderbird Speedway on July 19, the compass points north for 81 Speedway the following night. Night No. 5 at Creek County Speedway on August 16, it’s back to 81-Speedway on August 17 with Outlaw Motor Speedway wrapping up the month on August 30. Down to the final four nights of the year, Thunderbird Speedway takes September 20, with Longdale Speedway on September 21. One trip to Enid on the season takes place on October 5, with the sixth race of the year at Creek County Speedway wrapping up the 2024 lineup on October 19.

The 2024 season will mark the 33rd year of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes Regional Tours that encompass both wing and non-wing competition.
