HMS Update - Abilene Speedway
This weekend we are in Texas for two nights of ASCS Lonestar racing and I am excited to get back behind the wheel for the first time since the Knoxville Nationals. Tonight we are in Abilene and it will be my first visit to this track so it will be interesting to see what it’s like. It will also be my first visit to Lubbock Speedway on Sunday. From what I hear they are both ¼ mile bull rings and it will certainly be 180 degrees different than the ½ mile, precise Knoxville Raceway that I’ve logged some laps at earlier this month. I think it will be a good weekend to learn some things and I hope that we have a shot a win one night, if not both nights!
