Three Day Weekend Coming Up
he IRA sanctioned AutoMeter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints Series embarks on a big 3-day weekend of races July 16-18. The group which has averaged 38 cars per night thus far, opens the trio of events Friday with their first ever visit to Gravity Park USA. Saturday has the group back at their home track of Wilmot Raceway, and they conclude Sunday at Angell Park Speedway. A great points battle has last year’s Rookie of the Year Ryan Marshall with a 2-point lead over veteran and past champion Tim Cox. Rim-riders Ryan Zielski and Jimmy Sivia are well within striking distance, with a gaggle of others not far behind as Chris Klemko, Allen Hafford, Derek Crane, Rusty Egan, rookie Clayton Rossmann, and veteran Dennis Spitz rounding out the current top ten. Come on out and support the best in local open wheel racing. And remember, Race Wisconsibly.
