ACE SPEEDWAY HOSTS HPD MIDGETS FRIDAY

Eastern HPD Midgets return to Ace Speedway in Altamahaw, N.C. Friday night and Scott Hunter continues to lead the standings, 53 points ahead of Calvin Carroll.

Saturday night’s originally-scheduled HPD USAC Midget race at Plymouth (Ind.) Speedway has been cancelled.

Eastern leader Hunter has four wins and a second in eight starts. Two of his victories were recorded at Ace Speedway.
