Season Coming To An End for Central PA Sprint Car Series
The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series had a three race weekend starting Friday night at Williams Grove Speedway. Daryn Pittman parked the Heffner Racing #27 in victory lane for his 3rd series win this year. Saturday at Lincoln Speedway Cory Haas took his 5th win of the year while up at Port Royal Speedway series point leader Greg Hodnett won his 14th feature of the 2012 season. Greg Hodnett currently has a 111 point lead over 2nd place Danny Dietrich. The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series title for 2012 is worth $5,000.
The Speedway Motors Central PA Sprint Car Point Series continues this week with Williams Grove Speedway Friday October 19th. It will be the final race of the year at Williams Grove. Only two races remain after this week, one at Hagerstown Speedway and the last one at Susquehanna Speedway Park.
Greg Hodnett leads the series over Danny Dietrich with Brian Montieth in 3rd.
