Facility Health Rules and Regulations

Due to regulations put in place by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, face coverings/masks are mandatory and social distancing must be followed. Please do not gather in groups of more than 10 individuals unless you share the same address. Children under 10 years of age and those with medical conditions preventing them from wearing a face mask are exempt from this mandate. Due to HIPPA laws, anyone not wearing a face mask will be assumed to meet one of the 2 exemptions allowed by the state of Ohio.
