Added the ability to import MyLaps results in MyRacePass Integrator.

Drivers, tracks, and series can now earn commissions by sharing specialized links to MyRacePass products.
The Passing Points report now gives the user the option of choosing from a list of point schemes.
Quickly change between point schemes on the Passing Point report.
The Entries tab now auto-refreshes to display new content.
This allows multiple back gate computers to more easily stay in sync.
#Minor Enhancements and Fixes
- Races can now be deleted on the day of the event if the race is empty.
- Added additional hover text to enhance accessibility.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when toggling the earnings column on specific reports.
- Fixed a bug on the marketplace that caused redundant hover images to be displayed when viewing a zoomed t-shirt image.
- Fixed an issue that caused some reports to append a blank page at the end.
- Fixed a bug that made it impossible to remove all drivers from an event.
- Fixed a bug that caused drivers removed from the entry list to still require a pill draw during lineup creation.
