This past weekend wound up with just one night of racing when Husets Speedway in Brandon, SD cancelled on Sunday night. The only night to get in was Friday night at Eagle Raceway in Nebraska. JRR started the night off on the wrong foot with a poor draw at the back gate slating them to start in the rear of the heat race. Jody was not able to advance directly out of the heat and was relegated to the B main, but a 2nd place finish there earned him a spot in the main event. During the A Jody suffered an electrical issue with the car and was forced to pull in for a 19th place finish after the DNF. Look for Jody to at Husets this weekend for a Mother's Day Opening in his Todd's Station #14 410 Outlaw Sprint.
