Norris seventh with MOWA at Spoon River Speedway

A rain-shortened weekend took Bryce Norris to Illinois, where Spoon River Speedway played host to the Morrow Brothers Ford, Inc. Midwest Open Wheel Association.

Facing a strong field of 36 entries, Norris charged from third to first in his heat race to secure a spot in Friday’s opener. He went on to record a solid seventh-place finish on night one of the Canton Clash.

Persistent weather ultimately forced officials to cancel Saturday’s finale at the Canton, Illinois, oval.
