David Kay caught up in wreck during Ice Bowl Qualifier at Talladega Short Track
David Kay checked into a busy pit area at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Saturday afternoon for the Ice Bowl Qualifier event.
Among the 41-car field for Crate Racin' USA, Kay qualified fifth-quickest in his qualifying group which put him on the fifth-row for the $5,000-to-win main event. David was caught up in a wreck on the opening lap which relegated him to a 24th-place finish.
