Runner-up outing in Hayden Ross Memorial at Thunderbird Speedway
On Friday afternoon, Logan Martin made a surprise start in the Hayden Ross Memorial at Thunderbird Speedway (Muskogee, Okla.) for an unsanctioned Super Late Model event.
With 19 Late Models checked in, Martin qualified second-fastest and dominated his heat race for the victory. In the quick $6,600-to-win main event, Logan led the first 20 laps before giving up the lead with just five laps remaining. Martin ran second to Billy Moyer Sr. while Jeff Roth, Jon Kirby, and Chris Hawkins completed the Top-5.
