McCarter attends Buddy Rogers Memorial at Tazewell Speedway
Making a lone start on Labor Day weekend, Mack McCarter and the McCarter Brothers Racing team traveled to Tazewell (Tenn.) Speedway on Sunday afternoon for the Buddy Rogers Memorial.
With 15 Iron-Man Southern Series entries in the pits, McCarter qualified third-fastest which placed him on the second row for the 44-lap feature. With a $5,044 paycheck on the line, Mack completed two laps before mechanical issues struck and he was forced to pull in. He was scored 14th.
