Ward second in Harris Clash at Boone Speedway

Tim Ward kicked off his race week early on Monday, returning to the driver’s seat of his Modified for the Battle at the Beaver at Buena Vista Raceway.

Serving as the opening round of the 2025 Iowa Speedweek, the event saw Ward's night end prematurely, retiring from the A-Main on lap 13 and being credited with a 16th-place finish.

On Tuesday, Ward rebounded at Boone Speedway during the rescheduled Harris Clash. After charging from third to first in his heat race, he drew the No. 2 pill for the feature and delivered a consistent run, finishing second at the checkered flag.

Continuing Iowa Speedweek on Wednesday at Clay County Fair Speedway, Ward overcame early adversity after a fifth-place finish in his heat. He gained three spots in the A-Main to cap the night with a 12th-place result.
